1. Scope & Acceptance

These Terms govern all purchases and use of our Services at https://officesourceonline.com/ and related sales channels.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under these Terms.


2. Orders & Payment

  1. Ordering. You may place orders through our website, by phone, email, or in person. Order acceptance depends on product availability and verification of payment details.
  2. Pricing. All prices are listed in [Currency] and are valid for the U.S. market unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice until shipment.
  3. Payment Methods. We accept [Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover, etc.] via our secure payment processor.
  4. Authorization. By placing an order, you authorize us (and our processor) to charge your card for the total amount, including delivery charges and applicable fees.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping. We offer ground, expedited, and freight delivery options. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.
  • Risk & Title. Ownership transfers to you once products leave our facility. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier.
  • Damaged Items. Inspect all shipments on arrival. Report any visible damage or shortages within 2 business days to customerservice@officesource1.com.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Office Source Return Policy

You may return any unused and unopened item for a full refund within 30 days from the date of your order.

  • Returns between 31–60 days are subject to a restocking fee.
  • All returns must be in original packaging with all contents included.
  • Claims for shortages, damages, or misfilled items must be made within 2 business days.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Used items
  • Items not in original packaging or with defaced packaging
  • Special-order furniture
  • Assembled or installed stocked furniture
  • Food or drink
  • First aid items and medications
  • Custom-printed or made-to-order items

Category-Specific Guidelines:

  • Office Supplies: Returnable within 30 days if unopened and in original manufacturer packaging.
  • Ink/Toner/Technology: Returnable within 30 days if unopened, unexpired, and including all UPCs. Items with manufacturer warranties must be handled through the manufacturer.
  • Furniture: Stocked furniture may be returned within 30 days if unopened. Custom or installed furniture is only exchangeable if defective or damaged.

Refunds/credits will be issued either to your original form of payment or as store credit. Non-returnable items will be sent back to the customer.


5. Warranty

Products are covered either by the manufacturer’s warranty or a 90-day limited warranty from us.
Our warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship and excludes damage from misuse, improper assembly, or wear and tear.


6. Intellectual Property

All content on our site—including text, graphics, logos, and product images—is the property of Office Source or its content providers and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.
